A fun and intuitive live show walkthrough with KiNK, featuring AKAI drum pad, CME keys, Roland TR8, demonstrating turntable looping for vocal elements, how to make bass lines, using Novation Launch Control XL for mixing/sending effects and a Lep Loop box for oscillators and kick generator.

Strahil Valchev AKA KiNK is a Bulgarian Techno producer and as DJ KiNK is highly celebrated for his dynamic, spontaneous live performances, during which he commands an army of analog synthesizers and controllers in real-time. KiNK owes his eclectic style to the pirated cassette tapes that dominated Bulgaria after communism. ‘On one record you would find Future Sound Of London, Prodigy, Joey Beltram, Richie Hawtin and Shy FX, some early jungle stuff. I quite like that and I guess that’s why I don’t have a style. Because in those early years I didn’t have the chance to focus on one direction. It was just all together.’
